Limited 12-Month Warranty
Vellgoo provides a one-year limited warranty for all new products. This warranty is for personal, household use only and does not cover commercial, rental, or other unintended uses.
This limited warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser. It is valid only when the product is used in the country/region where it was originally purchased.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vellgoo is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, losses, or inconveniences resulting from equipment failure, misuse, negligence, or failure to follow the User Manual and applicable safety/operating instructions. Somejurisdictions do not allow certain limitations or exclusions, so these may not apply to you.
Extended Warranty (Registration Required)
- If you complete the product registration at Vellgoo.com within 30 days of delivery,you will receive an additional 12 months of warranty, for a total of 24 months (2 years) of full unitcoverage.
- lf registration is not completed within the 30-day period, the product will still be covered by thestandard 12-month warranty.
The Warranty will Not Apply In cases of:
- Accident, misuse, or repairs performed by unauthorized personnel.
2. Any unit that has been tampered with or used for commercial purposes.
3.Normal wear and tear of wearable parts.
4. Use of force, damage caused by external influences.
5. Damage caused by non-observance of the User Manual, e.g. connection to an unsuitable mains
supply or non-compliance with the instructions.
6.Partially or completely dismantled appliances.
7. Defects caused by or resulting from damages from shipping or from repairs, service, or alterationto the product or any of its parts that have been performed by a repair person not authorized by Vellgoo.
